Refund and Returns Policy

At Nina’s Fresh Flower, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and Refunds Eligibility:

Fresh Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Perishable Items: For items like vases or gifts, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refund Process:

If eligible, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Proof of purchase and a photo of the product may be required to process a claim.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Same-day orders may not be eligible for cancellation once they are prepared or dispatched.
